Chap-cha - Korean salad

Chap-cha is a dish of Korean cuisine.

This is a cabbage salad with vegetables, dressed with a fairly spicy marinade. If you want the dish to be milder, use apple cider vinegar or lemon juice instead of table vinegar. Add hot pepper to taste. The salad is very easy and quick to prepare. Korean cuisine lovers will appreciate it.

White cabbage - 300 g

Cucumber - 1 pc.

Bell pepper - 1 pc.

Carrot - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Green onions - 20 g

Marinade:

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Sugar - 1 tsp.

Ground coriander - 0.25 tsp.

Ground paprika - 0.25 tsp.

Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Chop the cabbage into strips.

2. Peel, wash and grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater.

3. Wash and cut the cucumber into strips or grate on the same grater.

4. Peel, wash and cut the bell pepper into strips.

5. Wash and finely chop the green onions.

6. Prepare the marinade. Pour vegetable oil and vinegar into a bowl. Add salt and spices, chopped garlic, mix.

7. Season the salad with the marinade, mix and refrigerate for 2 hours.

8. The chap-cha salad is ready.
