It is difficult to say which is healthier in the heat. Melon has more sugar, but also more fiber, which means it gives a feeling of satiety faster, without overloading the stomach. Both fruits have a high content of vitamin C, which thins the blood and prevents oxygen starvation. Arugula will not be superfluous either: any fresh greens will not let us dry out (it contains up to 70% water), in addition, arugula contains a piquant bitterness that quenches the feeling of thirst. Well, shrimp are a good source of protein, so that there is not only something to drink, but also to chew.
