Rice - 0.5 cup

1. Separate the cabbage into leaves. Place in a bowl, add salt. Boil the kettle. Pour boiling water over the leaves, cover and leave for 15-20 minutes.
2. For the mince, mince the meat. You can use store-bought mince.
3. Rinse the rice well and cook in plenty of salted water until half-cooked, 10-12 minutes. Then drain the rice in a colander and rinse with cold water.
4. Peel, wash and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
5. Peel, wash and dice the onion.
6. Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Fry the onion and carrot over medium heat, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
7. Add rice to the mince, salt and pepper.
8. Wash and finely chop the greens.
9. Add the egg, fried vegetables and greens to the minced meat. Mix well.
10. Cut large cabbage leaves in half. Put a small amount of minced meat on the prepared cabbage leaves and wrap them like an envelope. Put them in a cauldron.
11. Prepare the sauce for the cabbage rolls. Boil the kettle, dilute the sour cream with water and tomato paste (150 g sour cream per 0.5 l of water), add salt. Pour over the cabbage rolls. Simmer the cabbage rolls at a low boil, covered, until the minced meat is ready, 50-60 minutes.
