Tomatoes - 4 pcs.

Hot pepper - 1 pc.

Red onion - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2-3 cloves

Fresh cilantro - 1 bunch

Olive oil - 30 ml

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Freshly ground black pepper - to taste

1. Hot peppers are always added to the Salsa sauce. Before preparing the sauce, I bake the vegetables in the oven until golden brown. I cut the hot peppers and remove the seeds under running water. I put them in a baking dish.

2. I wash the ripe fleshy tomatoes, cut them into slices, and add them to the peppers. I peel the red onion, wash it, cut it into pieces, and put it between the tomato slices. I also put the peeled garlic cloves with the vegetables. Now, pour olive oil over the chopped vegetables and place them in a preheated (200°C) oven. I leave the vegetables to bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

3. I take the browned vegetables out of the oven and cool them. I peel the cooled tomatoes. I add herbs to the vegetables.

4. Then the baked vegetables and greens should be chopped in a vegetable cutter (meat grinder) with a large mesh. There should be pieces of vegetables left in the sauce. I add chopped black peppercorns to the sauce. 5. Now, after mixing the sauce, I add salt and lemon juice to it. I taste and adjust to my taste. I add a spoonful of olive oil, mix the sauce. I put it in the cold to infuse for 1 hour. The "Salsa" sauce is quick and easy to prepare, and ours turns out very tasty and aromatic.
