Armenian lavash: 3 pcs;

Canned pink salmon: 1 can;

Chicken eggs: 3 pcs;

Onions: 1 pc;

Green onions;

Dill and cilantro;

Mayonnaise: 150 ml.

1. Place the contents of the can of fish in a first course plate and mash with a fork. Drain off any excess juice.

2. Boil the eggs hard, peel the onion, wash the greens.

3. Finely chop all the filling for the fish roll made of lavash.

4. Place the first sheet of lavash on the table and grease with mayonnaise. Place the eggs.

5. Place the second sheet of lavash on top of the first. Lightly smooth it out and press it with your hands, grease with mayonnaise and place the canned pink salmon fillet. The third layer is also placed on top of the second with greens and onions.

6. Carefully wrap the lavash roll with tuna or pink salmon, wrap it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that it soaks.
