Sugar - 130 g

Dry yeast - 1 tsp

Chicken egg - 1 pc

Sunflower oil - 40 ml

Wheat flour - 450 g

Filling:

Butter - 60 g

Sugar - 6 tbsp

For greasing:

Yolk - 1 pc

Sprinkle:

Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp

Рецепт

1. Dissolve some sugar and yeast in warm beer. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. During this time, a foam cap should form.

2. Add the rest of the sugar, sunflower oil, and chicken egg. Mix until smooth.

3. Pour in sifted wheat flour in parts.

4. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. You may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

5. Knead the dough well, form a rope and cut into small pieces.

6. Now work with each piece separately. Roll out a piece of dough into a thin layer. If necessary, sprinkle the board with flour. Grease the layer with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar.

7. Roll out another layer to the diameter of the first. Place it on top of the first sheet. Grease with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

8. Roll out the third piece. Place it on the second one. No need to grease with butter. Go over it carefully with a rolling pin.

9. Cut into triangular segments with a sharp knife. Make a cut in the center from the narrow side of the triangle to about halfway.

10. Cover the baking dish with parchment. Place the rolls. Leave for 30 minutes. Grease with beaten yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 170-180 degrees until golden brown, do not overdry.

11. The beer croissants are ready.

12. Cool slightly and serve.

13. Enjoy your tea!
