Premium flour (or different) - 1.5 cups
Pumpkin - about 200 g
White or brown sugar - 50-75 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp (optional)
Ground cinnamon - up to 1 tsp (to taste)
Salt - 1 pinch

1. Peel and seed a piece of pumpkin, cut it into pieces and bake in the oven or quickly in the microwave.
2. Then take the specified amount, i.e. 200 grams.
3. Grind into a coarse puree, i.e. not into a homogeneous mass, but with pieces, manually with a press or in a blender. Pour in vegetable oil and mix.
4. Add sugar, flour with baking powder and salt and spices.
5. Mix and knead a soft dough.
You may need more or less flour, it depends on the juiciness of the pumpkin.
6. With wet hands, form small balls about the size of a walnut, leave them round or flatten them if desired. Place the blanks on a baking sheet, greased metal, silicone or covered with baking paper. 7. Bake the pumpkin cookies at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, depending on their size.
