You have to resort to tricks so that the child gets the necessary set of vitamins, minerals and microelements with food. I offer you a version of a light, tasty and very healthy fish soup for children, which is prepared very quickly.

Prepare the products according to the list. I did not use carrots for the soup, since my granddaughter does not like them, but you can safely add carrots. It is advisable to use pasta with a children's theme for this recipe - in the form of various figures of famous cartoon characters or just figured pasta. It is better to take tuna in its own juice without spices.

Canned tuna - 250 g

Pasta - 70 g

Green peas - 100 g

Greens - 10 g

Potatoes - 100 g

Water - 500 ml

1. Peel the potatoes and put them to boil in a saucepan, adding 500 ml of water and salting it.

2. As soon as the potatoes become soft, add the pasta and cook the soup for 10 minutes.

3. Then add the green peas. Both fresh and frozen peas will do, the latter should not be defrosted, you can put them in the soup right away.

4. At the very end, put in the canned tuna along with the liquid. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes until it boils. After that, remove the soup from the heat, add parsley or green onions.

5. Serve the ready-made fish soup for children in portions with croutons or fresh bread.

6. Such a soup will attract the baby's attention with interesting pasta figures, which he will happily look for in the soup, while eating the other ingredients. However, the soup has a very delicate fishy taste, good consistency, so even without bait your baby will like it. Enjoy your meal!
