I cook meat cutlets in sour cream sauce in two stages: first, I fry them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes to set the crust, then I put them in a heat-resistant container and additionally stew them with sour cream in the oven. In addition to pork, any other minced meat, mix/assortment is suitable. The cutlets come out very juicy, tender and aromatic.
To cook cutlets with sour cream gravy in the oven, we will immediately prepare the products according to the list: minced pork, sour cream, vegetable oil, onions, garlic, spices, herbs, flour, white bread, egg.

1. Season the mince with salt and ground black pepper, soak the bread separately in water/milk.
2. Add the egg, chopped onion, garlic, bread crumb (squeeze out the liquid).
3. Mix, form oval shapes with damp or oiled palms, bread on all sides in flour
4. Fry for about a minute in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil, turn over.
5. Fill the fireproof form with sour cream sauce - sour cream with spices, plus chopped herbs and garlic. Arrange the cutlets.
6. Grease the cutlets with sour cream sauce and top. Put in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, bake the cutlets in sour cream sauce at a temperature of 180 degrees. 7. Serve homemade cutlets baked in sour cream sauce with a side dish or make sandwiches.
