It is advisable to try to buy a piece of pulp without blue veins inside, otherwise the chops will be very tough and you will not be able to cut and chew them. Carefully inspect the meat when buying from all sides and ask the sellers to cut out the veins. For the batter, you will need chicken eggs, flour and spices, and you are free to add both turmeric and ground paprika to enhance the color and taste of the fried crust on the chops. Since the dish is made of beef, you can add a little chopped dried thyme or rosemary to the batter. Before breading the beaten meat slices in batter, first dry them slightly with a paper napkin, blotting up the blood, otherwise the batter will come off them during frying.

1. Rinse a piece of fresh beef in water, dry with paper towels or napkins, cut into slices no more than 1 cm wide.

2. Beat each of them with a culinary hammer on both sides. I use a plastic bag, placing the pieces of meat in it so that when beating, meat particles do not splash around.

3. When the beef is beaten, beat the chicken eggs into a deep container, add salt, ground black pepper and turmeric, other spices - if desired. Whisk carefully.

4. Pour in wheat flour and whisk again.

5. Dry the beaten pieces with a paper napkin and dip in batter, dipping on both sides.

6. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove, turning on maximum heat. Place the pieces in the oil and reduce the heat to medium. Fry the chops for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
