No doubts about the quality: a reliable, proven recipe and exclusively natural ingredients! By the way, lingonberries are the perfect base for liqueurs and infusions: the sour notes of these berries with exquisite bitterness perfectly neutralize the vodka taste. And what a stunning color the finished drink has! We promise that lingonberry liqueur will give you not only gastronomic, but also vivid aesthetic impressions. Lingonberries have powerful antibacterial properties, so it is quite acceptable to store liqueur made from them even at room temperature, but in a place protected from light.

Ингредиенты

lingonberry - 120 g

fresh mint - 2 sprigs

sugar - 200 g

currants - 3-4 sprigs

vodka - 0.75 l

Рецепт

Step 1

Prepare the lingonberries for the liqueur. Sort them out, separating out any damaged or rotten berries, then wash them thoroughly. Drain in a colander and spread them out on paper towels to dry.

Step 2

Pour the prepared lingonberries into an enamel bowl and crush with a wooden pestle. Transfer to a two-liter jar. Wash and dry the mint and currant sprigs. Add to the jar with the lingonberries.

Step 3

Pour vodka over the contents of the jar. Close the lid tightly and put it in a cool, dark place (not in the refrigerator!) for 21 days. Shake the jar periodically.

Step 4

Strain the contents of the jar through 4-5 layers of gauze into a container with a wide neck (you can simply put it in a clean saucepan). Add sugar and stir. Pour the future liqueur into a clean jar and close tightly.

Step 5

Let it sit for 14 days, shaking occasionally. Then pour the liqueur into clean bottles, trying not to touch the sediment at the bottom of the jar. Cork and store in a dry, dark place.
