I love different spreads on bread, today I want to share a recipe for pork pate, it is very tasty, and most importantly - homemade. I have tried store-bought pates from different fish and meat, but no store-bought can compare with homemade. After all, you know exactly what products you are cooking from and in what conditions. Of course, you can find decent ones in the store, but the composition is sometimes scary ... So why stuff yourself and your family with all sorts of chemicals when you can cook it yourself, and it doesn't take much time.

So, let's prepare all the necessary products for pork pate with cream and start cooking.

Ингредиенты

Pork shoulder - 400 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Carrot - 1/2 pc.

Cream - 200 ml

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Peppercorns - 5 pcs.

Spices for pork - 1 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - for frying

Salt - to taste

Рецепт

1. First, rinse the meat, place it in a saucepan, cover with water, add bay leaf, peppercorns and salt, bring to a boil over high heat, remove foam and cook over moderate heat for about 50-60 minutes.

2. During this time, chop the onion and carrot.

3. Fry in vegetable oil until soft. Tip! If you are using little oil, add a little water during frying.

4. Pour in the cream, add spices and evaporate until thickened, it will take literally a minute.

5. Cool the meat slightly, divide into pieces, place in a blender bowl.

6. Place the vegetables in the cream.

7. To prevent the mixture from being too thick, pour in a little broth in which the pork was cooked.

8. Grind with a blender, transfer to a container and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
