There are a great many salads with Korean carrots, but I especially like the combination of Korean carrots and green radish, it is tasty and very juicy. This salad is good as a separate dish, and can be served as an appetizer for a festive table.
I prefer to cook Korean carrots myself and add spices to my taste. The salad contains pickled cucumbers, and the carrots are spicy, which is why I do not add salt or pepper to the salad.
So, to prepare the Fox salad with Korean carrots, take the following products: Korean carrots, daikon or green radish, boiled chicken breast, blue onion, pickled cucumber and a little mayonnaise.

Green radish or daikon - 150 g

1. We will cut all the ingredients on a grater for Korean carrots, and the first one is the radish.
2. Then - pickled cucumbers.
3. Cut some blue onion into strips.
4. Cut the boiled chicken breast into small pieces.
5. Add Korean carrots.
6. Mix the salad. It is almost ready.
7. Serve the Fox salad with Korean carrots in portioned salad bowls. We will not mix in the mayonnaise, but put it on top of the salad. Let everyone mix the salad themselves when they eat.
8. The salad turns out very light, juicy and crispy. Enjoy your meal.
