3. Mix until smooth, add a spoonful of flour if necessary.
4. Form the cutlets with wet hands, lightly roll them in flour, it will give them a nice golden brown crust.
5. Heat the frying pan, pour in a little oil and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
6. Potato cutlets with cheese are ready. Serve as a side dish or as a separate dish with sour cream or kefir sauce.
