Green beans - 400 g
Butter - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
Sesame (seeds) - 1-2 tbsp

1. Steam frozen green beans for 4-5 minutes, until half-cooked.
2. Then place the beans in ice water, rinse and dry.
3. Melt the butter over low heat. Then increase the heat to medium, add the sliced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and, stirring, fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes until the pieces become golden and fragrant.
4. Add the green beans.
5. Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce and, stirring, fry the beans over high heat for 3 minutes.
6. Add the sesame seeds, fry for another 2 minutes, and then serve.
7. The beans with garlic and soy sauce are ready. You can serve it as a side dish or with various cereals: rice, buckwheat, pasta. Enjoy your meal!
