Cottage cheese casserole with banana

The dessert recipe I want to offer is a slightly modified version of a cottage cheese casserole according to GOST.

I had to adjust the recipe a little to add banana, but in the end everything turned out great! Cottage cheese casserole with banana - the recipe is the simplest and most delicious! You don't even need a mixer to prepare it. Moreover, to achieve the best result, I do not recommend using it at all - just your hands and a whisk!

Ингредиенты

Cottage cheese - 500 g

Semolina - 60 g

Banana - 100 g

Large egg - 1 pc.

Vanilla sugar - 40 g

Milk - 230 ml

1. I used 0% cottage cheese and 2.5% milk, but you can choose the fat content at your own discretion. I advise you to buy paste-like dry cottage cheese right away, then you won’t have to rub it through a sieve, like grainy cottage cheese. Wet creamy cottage cheese is not suitable at all.

2. Mix cottage cheese with egg and semolina in a bowl. Don’t let the photo mislead you, there is one egg, it just turned out to be a double yolk!

3. Add vanilla sugar and milk.

4. Finally, add mashed banana and mix. No need to beat anything, just mix and that’s it.

5. Put the mixture in a mold measuring about 20x20 cm, smooth it out.

6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. When a golden crust appears on top, the cottage cheese casserole with banana is ready!

7. Cool the dessert a little, cut into portions and serve with jam, condensed milk and various sweet sauces.
