Today I want to offer you a recipe for a quick jellied fish pie with kefir and canned saury. The pastry turns out quite fluffy, and the filling is quite aromatic. I used canned food without oil - natural saury, although you can also use oil.

Ингредиенты

Kefir - 300 ml

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 70 ml

Flour - 1.5 cups

Salt - 1 tsp.

Soda - 1 tsp.

For the filling:

Canned fish (natural saury) - 250 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Sesame - for sprinkling

1. Prepare the dough: simply mix all the dough ingredients from the list into a homogeneous mass.

2. For the filling, chop the onion into any shape.

3. Mash the canned saury with a fork, add a little liquid from the can for juiciness, there is no need to separate the bones from the fish, they are very soft in the canned fish and are not felt. Mix the onion and fish.

4. Grease the baking dish with oil, pour in half of the dough.

5. Evenly distribute the filling of onion and canned fish.

6. Pour in the second half of the dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired and available.

7. Bake the fish pie from canned saury in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the degrees to 180 and bake for another 30-35 minutes.
