1. Place the nettles in a bowl or some other container, pour boiling water over them and leave for 2 minutes until they stop burning. Then drain the liquid and shake off the moisture from the greens.
2. Chop the scalded nettles and place them in a blender.
3. Pour in granulated sugar or replace this sweet ingredient with honey if you are not allergic to it.
4. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into slices. Pour into a blender. It is essential to peel the fruit, since today literally all apples and pears are treated with paraffin!
5. Pour in the kefir last, but if desired, you can replace it with milk, fermented baked milk or liquid yogurt without additives.
6. Beat everything on the pulse mode of the appliance for 3-5 minutes until even the smallest pieces of greens and apples are crushed.
