Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Fresh parsley - 0.25 cups
Pita bread or lavash with a diameter of 20 cm - 6 pcs.

How to make appetizer rolls with vegetables and tuna:
1. In a small bowl, combine the onion, lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and pepper, add olive oil, and beat with a fork until smooth. Set the dressing aside.
2. Place the beans in a large bowl and mash lightly with a fork. Add the tuna, tomatoes, and parsley. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
3. Place the salad on the flatbreads, top with the carrots, and roll up. Serve the appetizer rolls immediately.
