It can be prepared not only in a salty version, but also in a sweet one. Let's make an omelette with strawberries and cream cheese. The omelette turns out very tender, airy, with a berry sourness. An excellent solution for a family breakfast.
Omelette with strawberries and cream cheese

Eggs - 6 pcs.
Strawberries - 150 g
Curd cheese - 50 g
Milk - 150 ml
Sugar - 30 g
Vegetable oil - 10 ml

1. Milk of any fat content will do. Choose good quality strawberries with a sweet and sour taste. You can use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese.
2. Wash the strawberries well, changing the water several times. Tear off the stems and place the berries on a napkin, let dry.
3. Cut the strawberries into slices.
4. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour in the milk.
5. Beat with a hand whisk until smooth. Do not beat vigorously.
6. Pour sugar into the egg mixture. Adjust its amount to your taste. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
7. Pour vegetable oil into a non-stick frying pan (26-30 cm in diameter) and heat very well over moderate heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, cover with a lid; turn the heat down to low and cook the omelette for 4-6 minutes.
8. The bottom of the omelette should set well and brown. Mine only partially set on top.
9. Put the cream cheese on one half of the omelette mixture. Since the top of the omelette was not completely set, I used a disposable pastry bag to pipe the cheese.
10. Put the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
11. Cover the berry filling with the other half of the omelette (I did this with two spatulas). Cover the pan with a lid and cook on the lowest heat for another 2-3 minutes.
12. The omelette with strawberries and cream cheese is ready.
13. Serve the omelette immediately. If desired, you can garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
