Scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese in a bread basket

The bread pieces will become baskets with bacon, and the egg will be baked as part of these improvised muffins. The taste of breakfast will be recognized from the first bite, and baking in molds will diversify them and simplify the preparation.

Toast bread - 4 pcs.

Eggs (category C1) - 4 pcs.

Bacon (thin slices) - 4 pcs.

Hard cheese - 40 g

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

2. Trim the edges of the bread - cut off the crusts.

3. Roll out the bread thinly with a rolling pin.

4. Place the bread in muffin tins, forming baskets. It's okay if the bread breaks somewhere.

If you are using a metal form, grease it with butter

5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put some cheese in each bread basket.

6. Roll the bacon into a loose tube, put it inside the basket.

7. Beat 1 egg into the middle of each bacon tube (you can first break the egg into a cup, and then carefully pour it into the basket of bread and bacon).

8. Salt and pepper the eggs. Place the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, cook the eggs in bread baskets until the desired degree of readiness: if you want hard-boiled eggs, cook for 25 minutes, eggs with a more liquid yolk - about 20 minutes.

9. The eggs with bacon in a bread basket are ready.

10. Place the baskets on a plate and serve hot.
