First, the chicken is marinated in sour cream with garlic, fresh dill, Italian herbs and seasoning. Then it remains to bake the chicken in the sleeve. The chicken meat turns out juicy, tender and very aromatic.

Ингредиенты

Chicken drumsticks - 500 g

Garlic (small) - 8 g (4 cloves)

Fresh dill - 10 g (3-5 sprigs)

Sour cream with 20% fat content - 50 g (2-3 tablespoons)

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Dried Italian herbs - 1/2 teaspoon

Chicken seasoning - 1 teaspoon

1. Peel the garlic, press it or chop it finely. Chop the dill with a knife.

2. Transfer the sour cream to a bowl. Add the garlic, dill, salt (1/2 teaspoon), pepper (1/6 teaspoon), dried herbs and chicken seasoning.

3. Mix everything well.

4. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Transfer to a bowl. Lightly salt and pepper (a pinch each)

5. Transfer the sour cream mixture to a bowl and spread it well over the drumsticks. Leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

6. After a while, transfer the drumsticks and sauce to a sleeve.

7. Secure on both sides. Place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

8. Place the chicken in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until done (depending on the features of your oven). Then remove the pan and carefully cut the sleeve.

9. For a more golden-brown chicken, place the drumsticks in a pan (or leave them in an open sleeve) and return to the oven.

10. Bake for another 5-7 minutes, until golden-brown.
