Let's prepare the ingredients for making puff pastry with cottage cheese and raisins. Defrost the dough in advance, wash the raisins, steam and dry.

Unleavened puff pastry - 500 g

Cottage cheese - 300 g

Sugar - 3-4 tbsp

Vanillin - to taste

Egg - 2 pcs. (one - in the dough, the second - for greasing)

Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp

Raisins (seedless) - to taste

Sesame (poppy, cinnamon) - for sprinkling

1. Add 1 egg to the cottage cheese (the second egg will be left for greasing), sugar, vanilla, sour cream, raisins. Mix.

2. Roll out the dough (I have 2 layers) in one direction, put half of the curd filling, not reaching the edges by 0.5-1 cm.

3. Roll up, put the seam down and cut with a sharp knife into pieces 3-4 cm wide. Wipe the knife with a napkin after each cut. Put the cut pieces on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

4. Grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle (optional) with poppy seeds, sesame or cinnamon. Bake the puff pastries in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes - until golden brown. 5. Cool the finished puff pastries with cottage cheese and raisins and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
