2. Chop the green onions, dill and parsley, add to the filling.
3. Salt and pepper the filling to taste, mix.
4. Beat the eggs with sour cream in a convenient bowl. If the sour cream is thick, add a little kefir or liquid natural yogurt. Salt and pepper the filling to taste.
