5. Pour in cold clean water. Grind into a homogeneous mass. It is important that there are no pieces of meat, the mass should be homogeneous.
6. Transfer the minced meat into a piping bag. Cut off a small tip of the bag so that the diameter of the sticks is thinner than the little finger.
7. Place the chicken sticks on a baking sheet. It is advisable to grease the baking sheet with oil so that it doesn’t burn, or cover it with baking paper.
8. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. TIP! Watch your oven, chicken fingers cook quickly and can dry out.
