You can make dried chicken breast at home, which is what we will do today. It will take very little time to prepare it, do not be alarmed that it takes 2 days to prepare. All you need is to remember that the meat is drying in your refrigerator. The meat turns out tender and juicy.

Ингредиенты

Chicken breast - 2 pcs.

Salt - 2.5 tbsp.

Garlic - 3 cloves

Ground black pepper - 3 tsp.

Ground red pepper - 2 tsp.

Ground paprika - 1 tbsp.

Juniper berries - 3 pcs.

1. Mix salt, black pepper, red pepper, paprika. Grind juniper berries in a mortar and add to the mixture.

2. Rinse chicken breasts well under running water, wipe dry. Rub the meat with the resulting mixture on all sides. Place the breasts in a bowl, cover with film and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

3. After 24 hours, take out the meat, rinse under running water, thoroughly washing off the spices. Wipe dry. Finely chop the garlic or press it through a garlic press. Mix the garlic and a small amount of ground black pepper, rub the breasts with the mixture.

4. Wrap the meat in a clean cloth or towel. In my case, it is gauze. Put the meat in the refrigerator for another day.

5. After 24 hours, the dried chicken breast, cooked at home, is ready. Slice thinly and serve.
