Turkey fillet - 240 gr
Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs
Bulgarian red pepper - 2 pcs
Green onion - 40 gr
Arugula - 100 gr

Cucumber optional - 1 pc.
Soy sauce - 100 ml
Olive oil - 100 ml
Salt, pepper, spices - 20 gr
Greek yogurt - 4 tbsp.
Feta cheese - 100 gr

1. First of all, you need to rinse the fillet well, remove excess moisture with a napkin and cut it into long pieces. Add spices to taste - salt, pepper, paprika and a little dried garlic.
2. Next, transfer the meat to a deep bowl, pour in soy sauce and leave it to marinate for 20 minutes
3. The next step is to cut the sweet pepper, arugula and green onions. Arrange on a plate one by one. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to vegetables.
4. Fry the marinated turkey over low heat for 5 minutes and add to a plate.
5. Add crumbled feta to the dish. For the sauce, use yogurt, a little soy sauce and olive oil, mix and pour into the salad.
6. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
7. For turkey marinade, you can use the juice of a freshly squeezed orange to enhance the taste of the meat.
