5. Prepare a suitable thick bag - it is convenient to marinate the meat in it without using additional dishes. Place the meat in the bag, pour in whiskey and vegetable oil.
6. Heat the grill pan, then reduce the heat slightly. Fry the beef in the grill pan for 6-7 minutes on each side. With this time, the medium degree of roasting is achieved, Medium, at which the meat remains very juicy (the temperature inside the meat is about 65 degrees). If you spend 18 minutes cooking the beef, the degree of roasting is Medium Well (the temperature inside the meat is about 70 degrees). 7. Periodically turn the beef over in the pan and grease with butter. Transfer the fried meat to foil, wrap it up, let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
8. Cut the finished steak and serve immediately. When serving, lightly pepper and salt the hot meat. If desired, you can add sauce, fresh vegetables, and herbs to the meat.
