Frozen cherries - 300 g

Almond milk - 250 ml

Whey protein - 1 tbsp

Fresh banana - 1 pc

Ice - to taste

Coconut flakes - to taste

1. Frozen bananas are best for smoothies. Peel them, cut them in half and put them in a large ziplock bag in the freezer overnight.

2. Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Add ice to the finished smoothie if you want a cooler drink. Top with coconut flakes or grated almond butter. Done!
