1. Prepare the products according to the list. From the specified amount, I got 1.7 liters of strawberry liqueur. However, the amount of the finished product depends on the juiciness of the strawberries and can vary within 1.6-1.8 liters. It is best to choose ripe, sweet, aromatic and whole strawberries for liqueur - spoiled or crushed berries can give an unpleasant aftertaste. Instead of vodka, you can use alcohol or homemade moonshine.

3. Place the prepared strawberries in a clean glass jar with a capacity of 3 liters.
4. Pour 1 liter of vodka over the strawberries and leave to infuse in a warm and light place for 1 day. I left it on an unglazed balcony.
5. After 24 hours, the strawberries will become denser, will lose some of their bright color, and the vodka will be a beautiful coral color.
6. Separate the strawberries from the vodka using a fine sieve.
7. Pour the vodka into a bottle or jar with a tight lid with a capacity of 1.5-2 liters and put it in a dark place - we will not need it yet. Transfer the strawberries back to a three-liter jar and add 0.5 kg of sugar. Put the jar with strawberries back in a warm, bright place.
8. Shake the strawberries and sugar periodically so that the sugar dissolves faster. On my balcony with direct sunlight, the sugar completely dissolved in two days.
9. Separate the strawberries from the syrup using a fine sieve - we will not need them anymore. If necessary, strain the syrup through a fine sieve or several layers of gauze until transparent.
10. Combine the vodka and syrup in one large jar and stir. The early ripening strawberry liqueur is ready, you can pour it into bottles.
11. From this amount of products, 1.7 liters of liqueur were obtained - 3 full bottles of 500 ml and another half "to try". But the amount depends on the juiciness of the strawberries and can vary from 1.6 to 1.8 liters.
12. If the bottles are tightly closed, the liqueur is stored very well in a dark cool place - a cellar, basement or in an ordinary closet in the hallway.
13. The drink turns out sweet, a beautiful coral color, transparent, without additional inclusions and clots, a pleasant astringent consistency.
14. The strength of such a strawberry liqueur is 23-25%, but these figures are approximate, since the alcohol meter does not show the strength in such drinks.
