Yeast dough prepared according to this recipe is suitable for buns, pies and pasties with various fillings.

Flour - 600 g

Sugar - 150 g

Salt - 1 pinch

Eggs - 3 pcs.

Milk - 250 ml

Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon

Dry yeast - 1 tablespoon

Butter - 80 g

Vegetable oil - 50 ml

1. Break two eggs into a bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Melt the butter.

2. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.

3. Pour in warm milk, add melted butter and beat together.

4. Measure out the required amount of flour.

5. Mix the flour with dry yeast. (Choose the yeast carefully, it should be instant, so that you can make a dough without sponge, i.e. immediately add the yeast to the flour.)

6. Gradually add flour to the liquid ingredients, knead the dough first with a whisk or fork.

7. Then transfer the dough from the bowl to the table and knead well with your hands.

(You can add a little more flour when kneading, but not too much, so that the dough does not become tough and "clogged".)

8. The dough should be soft, elastic, not stick to the table and hands.

9. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean towel and put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

10. Then knead and put again to rise for 30 minutes.

11. The finished dough should increase in volume at least 2 times.

12. For the filling, take the remaining sugar and vegetable oil.

13. Divide the dough into several parts, according to the number of buns.

14. Knead a piece of dough with your hands into a small flat cake. Grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar.

15. Roll the flat cake into a roll, roll the roll again and cut with a sharp knife, not all the way through. You can give the buns any shape you like.

16. Grease a baking tray with butter. Place the buns on it and leave to rise for 20 minutes.

17. To grease the buns, beat 1 egg with a fork.

18. Grease the buns with egg using a brush. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
