You can make mayonnaise with a blender in literally 2 minutes! And you don't need to add vegetable oil in a thin stream.

Ингредиенты

Vegetable oil (refined) - 160 ml

Egg - 1 pc.

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

Mustard - 1 tsp.

Sugar - 1 tsp. (about 6 g)

Salt - to taste (I added 0.5 tsp., about 3 g)

Рецепт

1. Now carefully place all the ingredients in a container in which you will beat the mayonnaise (a glass jar is ideal, in which you can then store it). Make sure not to damage the film around the yolk.

2. Cover the yolk with the foot of the immersion blender and start beating. If the mayonnaise turns out to be liquid, add a little more vegetable oil.

3. In less than two minutes, your homemade mayonnaise will be ready!
