Tomatoes - 800 g
Sweet red pepper - 100 g
Sugar - 25 g
Onion - 50 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Vinegar 5% - 70 ml
Hot red pepper (ground) - to taste

1. Wrap one 100 gram red bell pepper in foil and bake over an open fire, turning it over from time to time, for 5-10 minutes. (You can bake the pepper in the oven.) Place the baked pepper on a plate in foil and leave to cool.
2. Wash and peel 800 grams of tomatoes.
3. Remove the stalk from the peeled tomatoes and place in a blender.
4. Remove the red bell pepper from the foil, remove the stalk, seeds and skin.
5. Add to the tomatoes, chop everything together in a blender.
6. Cut 50 grams of onion into small cubes.
7. Chop one clove of garlic.
8. Put a frying pan with a thick bottom on the fire. Pour 25 grams of sugar into the frying pan, melt the sugar.
9. Add chopped onion, fry, stirring, for one minute, add chopped garlic, stir.
10. Add chopped tomatoes with pepper, stir, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
11. Add 70 milliliters of 5% vinegar (we add 20 milliliters of balsamic vinegar and 50 milliliters of red wine vinegar), stir and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
12. Rub the resulting mixture through a sieve. Add a pinch or to taste of red ground hot pepper and half a teaspoon of salt, stir.
13. The ketchup is ready. Cool and serve the very tasty healthy homemade sauce "Ketchup" to the table.
