Milk - 2 cups
Flour - 50 g
Butter - 50 g
White pepper - to taste
Salt - 1 pinch
Рецепт
1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
2. Add flour.
3. Whisk the mixture for 2 minutes until thickened.
4. Pour in milk in small portions. Whisk until smooth.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Whisk the béchamel sauce again.
7. The béchamel sauce is ready!
