Tuna and Rice Salad

Tuna and rice salad is a delicious appetizer salad that can be prepared for breakfast or dinner. Moreover, it can be served as a separate dish for a light snack. This salad is prepared without mayonnaise, it is replaced by a dressing based on sunflower oil, mustard and boiled chicken yolk.

To prepare the salad, we will need boiled rice, eggs, tuna for salads, green onions, olives, mustard and sunflower oil.

Tuna in oil - 0.5 cans

Olives - 10 pcs.

Boiled rice - 100 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Green onions - 2-3 stalks

Mustard - 1 tsp.

Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

1. Put boiled rice in a bowl, add canned tuna.

2. Boil the eggs, peel, put aside one yolk. Cut the rest into cubes. Cut the olives into circles. Chop the green onions. Add the eggs, onions and olives to the salad bowl with rice and tuna.

3. Mash the yolk with a fork, add mustard and sunflower oil, rub thoroughly.

4. Mix the dressing with the salad.

5. Serve the salad with tuna and rice immediately, placing it in a small salad bowl.
