Pies (or pancakes) with various fillings: seafood, vegetables, meat, mushrooms, rice, beans, etc. They can be with a sweet filling, for dessert (for example, with coconut flakes). Usually the filling is wrapped in a steamed thin sheet of rice flour, and the envelope with the filling can also be fried in sunflower oil.

Minced pork

1. Mix flour with water until it reaches a liquid consistency, pour water into a saucepan and stretch a satin cloth over it. When the water boils, steam from the water will pass through the cloth. 3. For greater enjoyment, we recommend dipping the pancakes in fish sauce.
