Egg "rolls" with cream cheese, red fish and cucumber

An original appetizer that is very easy to prepare.

Rolls of egg omelette pancake with a filling of red fish, fresh cucumber and cottage cheese. All the ingredients go well together, giving the snack tenderness, bright taste and a festive look.

Ингредиенты

Eggs – 3 pcs.

Curd cheese – 100 g

Salted red fish – 100 g

Cucumber – 100 g

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

Salt – to taste

Ground black pepper – to taste

Greens (for serving, optional) – to taste

Рецепт

1. Break eggs into a small bowl, add salt and pepper. Beat well with a whisk.

2. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it up. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry the omelette pancake over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Cool.

3. Cut the cucumber into long strips.

4. Cut the red fish in the same way.

5. Evenly grease the egg pancake with cream cheese.

6. Place two strips of cucumber and fish, alternating them.

7. Roll into a tight roll.

8. Wrap the roll in film and cool (in the refrigerator) for 30-40 minutes.

9. Cut the roll with a sharp knife into rolls (rolls) about 2 cm wide.

10. Decorate the appetizer with herbs and serve.
