Take cherry tomatoes of different sizes, shapes and colours – the tartine will look more elegant. The slice of bread should be wide enough to arrange the vegetables beautifully on it. You can put two slices of medium-sized bread next to each other.

Ricotta - 65 g

Lime zest - 2 g

Olive oil - 10 g

Avocado - 112 g

Cherry tomatoes - 70 g

Sun-dried tomatoes - 70 g

Shallots - 6 g

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Sesame and poppy seeds for decoration

1. Grill the bread, rub with garlic, and brush with olive oil. Grate the lime zest and garlic, mix with ricotta, butter, salt, and pepper. Spread the spice mixture evenly over the bread.

2. Peel the avocado and cut it into thin slices. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin slices and the cherry tomatoes into halves. Place the avocado and tomato pieces on the tartine, garnish with finely chopped shallots, herbs, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
