The sourness is very appropriate. We really liked the hot cake with cold milk. I doubted that something tasty would come out of this composition of products. But even my spoiled husband gobbled up this cake.

Wheat flour - 200 g

Water (hot) - 150 ml

Sugar - 100 g

Raspberries - 1 handful

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp

Baking powder - 8 g

1. Combine flour with sugar and baking powder.

2. Pour in hot water with butter and stir quickly.

3. Add berries and stir again.

4. Put the dough in a mold (I don’t grease the silicone one).

5. Bake the cake without eggs and milk at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
