I tried this microwave bread made from different types of flour according to the principles of healthy eating, and I especially liked the one made from rice flour!
It’s easy to prepare, goes well with both sweet and savory additives, and can also be served on its own with any dish or as a snack.

Kefir - 50 ml

1. The bread dough is prepared directly in the same mug in which it will be baked. First, mix the egg with kefir
2. Then add rice flour, baking powder and salt. Optionally, add dry aromatic herbs, for example, a mixture of Provencal herbs. For the sake of the step-by-step recipe, I weighed the rice flour. Although I usually pour it "by eye" and everything is fine... It turned out to be 1/3 cup (where a cup is 200 ml) or three regular tablespoons with a small top. But I think that flour from different manufacturers may differ...
3. Quickly mix all the ingredients together with just a fork. No need to beat them.
4. Place the mug with the dough in the microwave and bake at 900 W (for me, this is MAX) for three minutes.
5. Different microwave models have different maximums: there are 800, 1000, 1100 and others. Therefore, either simply set 900 W and 3 minutes, or convert minutes and seconds according to the table in the microwave instructions. And the Internet offers this table "power - time":
6. After taking the finished bread out of the microwave, take it out of the mug, it is small, so it cools down quickly. After a couple of minutes, it can be easily cut into slices. The color depends very much on the yolk: if it is such a bright orange, as in my case, then the bread will be yellowish.
7. The bread is declared by me as PP - healthy food, it would be with slices of fresh vegetables. But I still have it with cheese, and with butter, and with dry-cured sausage, and with jam too...
8. Pleasant structure, porous, soft, aromatic and very tasty... Cook, try it, it is very fast!
