But I want to share with you a very interesting recipe for Austrian strudel made from chocolate stretched dough. It has a very unusual taste, it will suit those who do not like very sweet pastries, but at the same time like the pear taste! Treat yourself and treat your loved ones!
Chocolate strudel with pear

Flour - 220 g
Cocoa powder 40 g
Water - 110 ml.
Egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 120 g
Pears - 3 pcs.
Brown sugar - 100 g

1. Take a saucepan. Heat water in it and add oil. We need to get a homogeneous mass.
2. Let it cool a little. Add to this mass a lightly beaten egg with salt.
3. Mix flour with cocoa.
4. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour with cocoa and knead a homogeneous dough. Add flour if necessary.
5. We should get a dough like in the attached photo. It should not stick to your hands. Wrap it in a plastic bag and let it sit for 30 minutes.
6. While the dough is resting, prepare our pears. They need to be washed and peeled. Next, cut thinly, if the pear is soft, then you can cut it thicker.
7. Divide the rested dough into 2 parts. Place one part on a clean towel, add flour if necessary and roll out as thin as possible. I turned it over 2 times. This dough should roll out without problems and not tear.
8. Fold the edges of the layer.
9. Using a towel, roll the roll and transfer it to the sheet. Do the same with the other dough.
10. Put it in the oven for 50 minutes and bake at 200 degrees. During baking, grease the rolls with butter 3 times.
11. Let the finished strudels lie down and you can serve them. If desired, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Enjoy.
