Salad with melon and parma ham

This salad will appeal to all lovers of fusion combinations in cooking; it goes well with white and dry sparkling wines.

If desired, you can add some fresh greens to the salad; regular lettuce, arugula, and young spinach will fit in perfectly here. Wash the melon and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Sesame and pine nuts can be lightly dried in a frying pan for greater aroma and taste.

Melon - 200 g

Parma ham - 60 g

Pine nuts - 1 tbsp

Grated Parmesan - 1 tbsp

White sesame - 0.5 tsp

Black sesame - 0.5 tsp

Olive oil - 1 tsp

Balsamic cream - 1 tbsp

1. Peel the melon, cut the flesh into slices a little less than a centimeter thick, put them in a bowl with high sides.

2. Tear the Parma with your hands, put it on top of the melon.

3. Sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan, pine nuts, generously sprinkle the salad with two types of sesame.

4. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and pour balsamic cream over it.

5. The salad with melon and Parma ham is ready. Serve immediately after cooking. Enjoy!
