Salad with tuna, bananas and grapefruit

Very interesting taste! Its preparation is quite simple, but serving it in grapefruit baskets will give it a very festive look. Products that we will need: grapefruit, banana, eggs, tuna canned in its own juice, yogurt.

Ингредиенты

Canned tuna - 1 can

Grapefruit - 2 pcs.

Banana - 1 pc.

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp.

Yogurt - 115 ml

Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Red pepper - 1 tsp.

Рецепт

1. Cut bananas into circles, put them in a container and pour lemon juice over them.

2. Cut grapefruit into 2 halves with a knife so that the bottom part is larger. Remove the pulp from the grapefruit, freeing it from the films and draining off excess juice.

3. Add banana to grapefruit.

4. Drain the liquid from the tuna and mash with a fork, add to bananas and grapefruit.

5. Prepare the dressing: add red pepper and salt to the yogurt, then stir, taste the dressing.

6. Dice the eggs, add to the salad.

7. Add dressing.

8. Fill the baskets with salad.

9. Serve beautifully on plates. Enjoy!!!
