Caesar Salad with Salmon

Ингредиенты

Salmon or trout lightly salted - 250 g

Tomatoes - 2-4 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

or quail eggs - 9 pcs.

White bread - 3-4 slices

Romaine or iceberg lettuce - 0.5 fork

Parmesan - 3 tbsp.

Garlic - to taste

Olive oil - 1-2 tbsp.

Caesar sauce - 3-6 tbsp.

1. Boil the eggs in advance. Wash and dry the salad.

2. Cut the bread and fry in olive oil, add salt and chopped garlic to taste.

3. Cut the fish into thin slices.

4. Grate the Parmesan cheese.

5. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
