Chicken fillet - 500 g
Champignon mushrooms - 300 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
Vegetable oil for frying - 1 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Fresh herbs (for decoration) - to taste

1. Put the chicken fillet in boiling salted water and cook until done, about 20 minutes. Boil the eggs hard (8-10 minutes after boiling), cool in cold water.
2. Finely chop the onion. Finely chop the mushrooms.
3. Heat the frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms with onions over low heat until lightly browned.
4. Cool the boiled chicken fillet, chop as finely as possible.
5. Peel the boiled eggs, chop into small cubes.
6. Put the chicken fillet, mushrooms with onions and eggs in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise.
7. Mix the tartlet filling thoroughly.
8. Put a full tablespoon of filling in each tartlet.
9. Decorate the chicken and mushroom tartlets with a leaf of fresh herbs and serve at the festive table.
