Ингредиенты

Buckwheat - 2 cups

Mushrooms (champignons) - 400 g

Water - 2.5 cups

Onions - 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil (or butter) - 3 tbsp.

Salt - 1 tsp.

1. Peel and wash the mushrooms.

2. Finely chop the prepared mushrooms.

3. Sort out the buckwheat and rinse well.

4. Place the mushrooms in a cauldron, add water, put on the fire and bring to a boil.

5. Then pour in the cereal, stir.

6. Boil the porridge until thickened (10-15 minutes over medium heat).

7. Salt the porridge, cover with a lid and put in a warm place to simmer for 1-2 hours (you can wrap it in a blanket).

8. Peel, wash and finely chop the onion.

9. Heat the frying pan, add oil. Place the onion in the hot oil, fry in oil over medium heat, stirring, until golden (2-3 minutes).

10. Before serving, place the onion in the porridge.
