For the dough:
Kefir - 300 g
Flour - 350 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 10 g
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
For the filling:
Hard cheese - 100 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Green onions - 100 g
Salt - 1/8 tsp (to taste)
Ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying - 45-60 ml (3-4 tbsp)
Flour - 2 tbsp (for working with the dough)

1. Boil eggs (3 pcs.) hard (10 minutes after boiling). Then cool in cold water.
2. Add salt and sugar to a bowl with kefir.
3. Beat in the egg.
4. Mix well with a whisk.
5. Pour in flour in parts, add baking powder.
6. Knead the dough. It turns out elastic, slightly sticks to your hands.
7. Wash the green onions, dry, chop finely.
8. Peel the eggs, cut into small cubes.
9. Transfer the green onions and eggs to a bowl. Also add the cheese grated on a coarse grater, salt and pepper. Mix everything - the filling is ready.
10. Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
11. Roll out a piece of dough.
12. Put some of the filling on top.
13. Fasten the edges.
14. And form a pie. Form the pie from the remaining dough and filling in the same way.
15. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the pie seam side down in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes.
16. Turn the pie over. Fry without a lid for another 3-4 minutes, until done. Then fry the next batch, adding oil as needed.
17. The kefir pie with cheese, green onions and eggs (in a frying pan) is ready.
