Cottage cheese - 100 g

Baked milk - 150-250 ml (to taste)

Sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp

Flax seeds - 1 tsp

Currants (frozen) - 1 tbsp

Honey - to taste

1. Use quick-cooking oatmeal, the recommended cooking time of which does not exceed 5-7 minutes. Instead of regular cottage cheese without additives, you can take sweet curd cheese. Currants can be replaced with any berries or pieces of fruit to your taste (fresh or frozen).

2. Measure out 2 tablespoons of oatmeal into a jar or other hermetically sealed container and spread in an even layer.

3. Put the cottage cheese as the next layer..

4. Add another 2 tablespoons of oatmeal.

5. Bring the baked milk to a boil and immediately turn off the heat.

6. Pour hot baked milk over the oatmeal and cottage cheese. Adjust the amount of milk to your taste, depending on the desired thickness of the dish. Seal the container tightly with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.

7. Add flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, currants and honey to taste.
