Shortcrust pastry ready - 5 sheets
Berries, frozen mix - 300 g
Sugar - 55 g + 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Water - 1 tbsp
Yolk - 1 pc
Butter - for greasing the molds

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease 36 muffin tins with butter.
2. Mix the berries with 55 grams of sugar in a small saucepan, place the saucepan on low heat, cook, stirring the sugar, until boiling. Dissolve the corn flour in 1 tablespoon of water and add this mixture to the saucepan with the berries. Cook, stirring, until boiling. Cool the mixture.
3. Cut 36 circles of 6 cm in diameter from the dough, place them in the greased molds, press them in and distribute them over the entire inner surface. Also cut 36 circles of 4 cm in diameter from the dough.
4. Place the berries in the prepared molds and cover with smaller circles. Fasten the edges of the circles. Grease the top of the products with egg yolk and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Make a small cut in the top of each muffin pie to allow steam to escape during baking.
5. Place the pieces in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, bake the berry pies until the top is golden brown. Let the finished products stand in the molds for about 10 minutes, then remove the berry pies from the molds and leave on a wire rack until completely cool.
