Minced meat - 1 kg (I have 600 g pork + 400 g beef)

Onions - 1-2 pcs.

White bread - 150 g

Water (milk) - for soaking bread

Egg - 1 pc.

Salt - 1.5 tsp (to taste)

Ground pepper - to taste

Dried garlic - 1 tsp

Butter - 100 g

Vegetable oil - for frying and greasing the baking sheet

1. Prepare the mince. You can make cutlets from any kind of meat. I use pork and beef. Wash the meat and cut into pieces.

2. Mince the meat.

3. Cut off the crusts from the bread and soak the bread in water or milk.

4. Immediately mince the peeled onion and squeezed-out bread. Add salt, pepper, dried garlic and egg.

5. Mix the mince well until smooth. If the mince is dense, add a little cold water (30-50 ml). Cover the bowl with the mince with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6. Form cutlets from the mince with wet hands (weighing about 100 g).

7. Heat the frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil and fry the cutlets on each side until golden brown.

8. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the cutlets in it. If desired, put a little butter (about 10 g) on ​​top of the cutlets for juiciness.

9. Cover the baking sheet tightly with foil. Put the cutlets in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes - until done. This combined cooking method makes the cutlets not overcooked and dry, but soft and juicy.

10. Serve the hot cutlets with any side dish or vegetables.
